Walking down Kappabashi-dori, the kitchenware mecca, I was inundated with cooking apparatuses and felt instantly, that if I had enough money, could start my own soba shop or something. The meticulous detail for cooking, as well as other topics is incredible in Japan. I wouldn't have been into video games and cameras if it wasn't for this type of consumerism. There are so many things to understand that it becomes too much and I nearly give up. However, I forget that time can be on your side, and that's all it takes to slowly build a grain of sand into a hill. Patience.
