Pre- Leonardo!

We had a great time at the South bank in the morning. The Landscape Photographer of the year exhibition is on at the National Theatre - it is absolutely amazing! Then we went to Somerset House and saw all sorts of wonderful things - This is Tom at the bottom of one of the stairwells!
And finally.... the Leonardo de Vinci at the National Gallery! I wish I could say that it was incredible.... because the collection is! But the promoters sold at least 10 times too many timed tickets for anyone to actually enjoy it! It was horrendously busy - and very hard work because of that! I feel quite cross that I spent so much time, energy and money going all the way to London to queue and fight for poll positions in order to look at these truly marvellous drawings and paintings. It's a very good job that the rest of the weekend was fabulous!
