Moments in a minor key

LETTING RIP...........

Seems like my dear wife has got the measure of me at last as you can tell by the two
foremost Birthday Cards she sent me today, added to this were the words of wisdom she had written inside, I quote

"53 year old; two owner's; needs parts; make offer"

and even worse

"Now you're old and feeble,
And your pilot light is out,
What used to be your sex appeal
Is now your water spout.

T'was a time, when of it's own accord
From your trousers it would spring,
But now you have a part time job
To find the blasted thing.

You used to be embarrassed
To make that thing behave,
For every single morning
It would stand and watch you shave.

But as old age approaches
It sure gives you the blues,
To see it hang it's withered head
And watch you tie your shoes."

It seems she wants to trade this fat, smelly, ageing 'softy' for a younger model!
