button nose...

...on one of the many squirrels -

frolicking about in the park - all wanting to play and eat... mostly eat i might add - of the bread that was brought by a little boy (cute as a button himself) and his mama...

they hung around a decent amount of time feeding the geese and ducks - who became instant friends to them... the little boy was intrigued by my camera but his mama was very shy and i got the sense it wouldn't have gone over well to ask for a photo... so i left it alone - sometime one can just be aware of these things i think... and i wanted to be sensitive since it was a toddler...

instead i concentrated on my feathered friends... before getting assualted by the squirrels - who ran up to me and then away - causing the little boy to laugh... since i was playing with my new lens, this worked out faboulously - let them be further away - i managed to capture this little fella... high up in a tree... thinking he'd escaped from us - but i called to him and snapped as he turned to give me this cute button nose look... and that's how we all ended up having...
