Green velvet

The sun came out briefly so I dashed to the woods, and it went back in again! Even in the relative gloom the vivid green of the moss was amazing. These branches clothed in green velvet were luminous.
After a disturbing day in which I found trees menacing, (the windy drive to Fountains Abbey, still waiting for the photos!) I am back to my usual adoring state. Trees rock!
