Nestled and Tucked....

I don't usually take a shot of the house from this angle, but when i went for a walk this afternoon, the light was doing this lovely thing on the house.

We're in the process of trying to decide where to go for our very first warm winter get away! It being my 60th birthday this year i think it's about time i got a hit of that southern warmth mid winter! we've been trolling the interweb for stuff about Mexico, Cuba and Costa Rica. they seem to be the 3 places we are looking at...altho i'm not commited to any of them yet. i've been gathering information from friends also....it's a tricky thing to plan, cos there are so many aspects to think about...safety being one for sure! i find there is almost too much information on the web and i think tomorrow i'll talk to a travel agent.

Any offers of opinions, places loved...or places to avoid....i'd be happy to hear what you guys have to say !

It's 5.10pm and there is still a lingering lightness in the sky....albeit rather pale....it's still a welcomed sight and i just keep paying attention to the small changes that are happening.
