Monday Nights

This is the advertising blurb that greeted me on my arrival at weight Watchers tonight, lovely though they are there is some dis-similarity between this and the ladies inside the hall.
I'm sure they won't mind me saying that there is a few inches less in height, a few more years and a few more pounds between them. most of us do not aspire to be 'twiglet' thin, only something approaching comfortable the advertisement therefore seems a little off target.
However this is to be my Monday night routine for the foreseeable future at least until I reach my target.
Should I manage to resist the temptations of Trevaskis Farm this week I might make up for the Christmas excess.
