This is a great little bookshop on Gloucester Road. Selling new and second-hand books it's always worth a browse and I have taken to going to and from the site by another route to avoid passing it (trying both to save money and to avoid adding to the ludicrous number of books we already possess)

When I passed it today it had this rather wonderful and carefully selected display of all sorts of blue books (part of the attention being given to that film about Mrs T?) Last time I allowed myself to pass there there was a display of very well preserved Penguin novels in orange - mainly with the stripes. I nearly succumbed and bought a book by John Verney about his exploits during the Second World War.
