Happy New Year

Along with first footing, sultana cake, cherry cake and a lump of coal, it is part of Scottish tradition that you have steak pie as part of the Ne'erday celebrations.

You can buy them at supermarkets or from the butchers ... or you can have a homemade one. As long as it has steak and it has puff pastry on top ... it doesn't matter!

This one is homemade, and although the pastry never puffed as high as I hoped ... it was still delicious:)
