Shine on me

Woke up to a nice day and the sun came out quite quickly and stayed out all day. Went to country dancing class and it was great to be back; everyone agreed that although the festive season was most enjoyable, it is nice to be back to doing normal things again.

We don't have a large garden, but we have a very nice garden, and it was pleasant to sit out for a short time in the sun on our sheltered deck, with a cup of coffee. The thought went through my mind that it won't be long till springtime, but I am sure that winter will rear its head again quite soon, so we just enjoyed the sun.

Tonight I'm going to our girls' night, which is the first of the year, can't wait!!!!
