We will remember them

Outside St Andrew's Anglican church, Moscow, after a Remembrance Sunday service. Over sherry in the antechapel we met a Russian veteran who had come to represent the Russians who fought alongside the British in WWII, and having found nobody else to talk to insisted, touchingly, on representing them to us.
