Oh Such a Perfect Day

For my boyfriend's Christmas present, I booked a trip to visit the Japanese Snow Macaque monkeys at the Highland Wildlife Park near Aviemore. We didn't get the chance to see them in Japan when we were there, so this was the next best thing.

Staying overnight in Kingussie in a B&B last night and visiting the park gave me about 40 photos to edit today.

I had a wonderful time, I was particularly drawn to the wildcats. Knowing they are more endangered than the tiger species at the park is a shocker. I don't get to see my own cat anymore, and it was such a boost to see these little fellas in action.
