It's a pig head!
My friends spent this afternoon preparing a tasty traditional baked pig's head dish. A giant sized pot was filled with tomato, onion, garlic, cilantro, peanuts (all pureed into a tasty smelling salsa) and then the head of the pig was added. They dug a hole in the ground and stayed awake all night feeding the fire to cook the meat to tenderness.
And yes, one of those teeth ended up in the $1 portion that I bought for breakfast this morning.
