A bad habit

I am a nervous person, it's fair to say. People deal with their nerves in different ways. I bite my fingernails and pick at my fingers and they often end up in a terrible mess.

I also chew the inside of my mouth a lot but that is a bit trickier to photograph. Salt & Vinegar crisps find the cuts really well.
