Practice makes perfect

It's years since I've sat down and sketched. Normally when I design something I design it in my head including dimensions then just make it; the sketch of the design being stored in my brain. However I've missed the discipline of sitting with paper and a pen or pencil and examined what I see in front of me.

So I'm challenging to a drawing a day and posting it on Instagram. This is my sketch for today which I'm photographed using a Lomo iPhone app.
