Sunday Dinner Joint

We usually have Pork or Lamb with Beef for change at times but today we did a large Ham, in the pressure cooker and then roasted. The steam is real by the way, no tricks like they do in the advertisements!
We particularly did Ham because it is Julia's favourite but sadly Julia wasn't home for it. She is on leave, as her disembarkation leave after Afghanistan, but she went back to camp to attend a Sunday parade for a soldier that had fallen this in Afghanistan.
