Back to School!

Had a lovely day, Fifi decided to surprise GG for his birthday so meet Mr and Mrs D (sorry for taking the last parking space!), the gorgeous Euan and his lovely parents. Also briefly saw Rona - she was looking very smart after her trim!

We went for a good long walk after lunch to wear out Coco and Josh, think I just about succeeded. Wanted the children in bed early as back to school tomorrow and we've got into all sorts of bad habits over the holidays. Just about managed to get them to bed very early - we had dinner, bath, supper with a story downstairs and were heading up to bed for another story and sleep when Josh noticed it was only 7 o'clock - why did I teach him to tell the time?? Compromised on half an hours Lego play and then his story tucked up in bed!
