If at first you don't succeed...

A few days ago I tried my hand at making bread using the recipe from fellow blipper lorenzosimageswhich didn't turn out too well cos I was a bit cack-handed with the dough in the final stage, and didn't have the essential cast iron pot to cook it in.
Well I still don't have the essential cast iron pot to cook it in, but I do intend to be very gentle in the final stages, and see what happens this time.
Whatever it still makes good bread, so there's no problem really, it's all a matter of how good the bread is...
