Or media whore, as Mr Smith so delicately described it!

That's my Blipping activities responsible for my mug being in the local press three weeks on the trot. The last being asked to fill in the 'First Person' column for the East Lothian Courier - this is an inclusion for the terminally nosey locals to learn more about the celebs workers in the county. It wasn't much more difficult than "what's you favourite colour" (green FYI) but even then I managed to get slightly grumpy about how it had been edited.

One salient point however on the state of the local press in the UK: I was asked to just send in an SP for the 2 articles in the Courier - unthinkable in the past when the press-snapper would have been out to do an appropriate portrait. And they say there's no money any more in photography...(correct in most cases BTW)

Moving on to sports news, I won £6 playing golf this afternoon. It might pay for the cleaning bill for my muddy trousers and shoes.
