...the kitten will nap with abandon? Apparently, as this is how I found her, snuggled under the coverlet.

White knight and I had an adventure-filled Saturday - dinner at a coworker's home to the west, birthday bash for a friend at a happening DC spot way north. Unusual for us as he works weekends and I'm content to stay home with a book, generally. It was my first time driving into the city in years (as opposed to taking metro), but all went well! Rather than enter a quest for the elusive Parking Spot, we valeted; a mistake, as my vehicle was returned very clearly riffled through. I feel sorry for whoever took the time, as all they got were my sunglasses, a stern talking to from white knight, and what I'm sure will be many future recommendations against that company. Small hiccup to a wonderful day bombing around with the hubby.
