bath time!

Yesterday the kids and I had our bath early afternoon so we could have a relaxing afternoon before my Mum's birthday party. As I was getting Chloe dressed after the bath, Hope calls up to me that theres a hole in the roof. Imagining that the ceiling has caved in I race downstairs but thankfully the ceiling is intact, but sure enough there is water streaming out my kitchen light.

So I phoned MODern Housing, (we're in military quarters and they're in charge of maintenance and repairs) and someone came out to see it!

As you can see in the photo there is a hole in the rust - now I dont know when that particular hole actually appeared as the water didn't drain whilst the plug was in, so I dont know if the plumber made that hole whilst looking at the rust - but the water was leaking through a hole (maybe that one, maybe another one underneath)

So tomorrow I will be having a nice shiny new bath installed!!! :D

(Oh and as I was at my mum's birthday party last night with rubbish phone signal I wasn't able to upload my photo for yesterday, so I have back blipped: saturday
