Running in the Buff

For those of you non runners who might be a little disappointed a 'Buff' is a multi-functional tube of fabric worn on the head, round the neck or on the wrist.

I went to watch the Garstang 10k this morning to cheer on a few friends and spotted this lady who obviously wanted to stay incognito.
