Gosh it was a bit of a lazy Saturday other than clothes washing which let's be honest is easy just throw it into the machine I haven't done much at all. I was going to finish off my assignment but ended up getting carried away on my family tree . I'm trying to sort out an issue of a girl was she born in 1771 or 1776 - 2 girls from same same village with the same name - I can't be sure who is mine to be fair I'm sure both are related to each other BUT my line stops with her (I know from a Scottish death record that I'm correct to this point). But her marriage does not mention age or father's name and the OPR death records for the year I want are missing - hey ho. Strangely there are about 6 trees posted on Ancestry using the 1771 option, yet not one has sources hey ho! This is my direct line and I'm not putting a date on until I can be as sure as sure can be, I have emailed one person (I think the others copied from this tree) and asked why he/she believes this to be the correct girl so I await with baited breath
