Karaoke night

Finally got to experience Japanese karaoke last night - went out with my sister and three of her friends. We had a private booth (which is the way they do this here, apparently), 5 courses and unlimited drinks for 2,5 hrs. It was of course great fun - nobody cares whether you can sing or not, the point is simply to have as much fun as possible :) We sang everything from Bonnie Tyler to Olivia Newton-John to the Spice Girls. The only downside was that I didn't get to here / see any Japanese people singing, which is supposed to be quite the experience :P That'll have to await another time.
