Five spice pressed tofu

Today I bought some five spice pressed tofu from the Newtown Market. I was really excited to see it there as I've been keen to try it for a while. Chris has experimented a bit with making pressed tofu but wasn't that happy with the results.

I made a Kylie Kwong vegetable stir fry with some red cabbage that was on the turn in the fridge and added the tofu.
