Have you ever taken a look at the land registry entry for your property?

Here is a page from mine, which confirms if my efforts to replace a hurricane damaged fence post today accidentally stuck oil then sadly I would not become rich. The ownership of all mineral rights lies with the heirs and successors of a Mr John Lovell as agreed by some wigs back in 1870. Good thing I'm moving house in a month then.

Hopefully will come up with something more inspired for the WBC theme of Mineral this week, but this had better be my provisional entry.
