State Capitol balls

I am in Lansing, Michigan today so I was able to visit the Capitol building. They still have some holiday decorations on display including their giant balls ornaments.

I guess I will be needing a photo editing app for my iPad. Any suggestions? This is from mobile Monet which has very limited treatments available.
