Scone

Early blip today. Alana baked and all by herself. She made these little cheese scones. I ate one and just the one. I stepped on the bathroom scales today and have been shocked into getting into shape. I've been good so far but then again its only been a few hours. There is still an awful lot of chocolate and biscuits in the house! Let the willpower battle commence.

I did consider going for a run but then decided the outside world was not ready. Instead I dusted off my PS3 EA Sports Active and gave it a go. I think I'm going to ache tomorrow. I'll say it again - I really should get back on my bike! Soon... soon.
