Sail Maintenance

I rode my bike down to Derby Wharf to see an art exhibit of sorts. The artist uses the length of blue cloth to show how much our oceans will rise by the year 2058.
The guys on the ship were heckling the artist a bit - saying "I hope everyone has a boat!" and such.
One of my favorite things where I live is this ship - called the Friendship.
I blipped it on Monday too.
I think she's beautiful.
It's interesting to see an old fashioned ship with modern amenities on it. I've been on a tour of below decks - claustrophobic! They had to remake it larger than it was back then too - because they take it out to sail, it has to meet Coast Guard Regulations.

A rich day of blipping for sure.
