A Grey Arrival

Even on a grey overcast rainy day, this is a gorgeous place - just in a different way.

We spent the morning in the airport and then the plane, and the afternoon in the car and then the rain (at least for the sake of rhyme).

Up here with parents, both sisters, and nephews. Really lovely.

I saw my Grandmother for the first time in a year (other than one recent iChat), which was fantastic - though brief, due to the kids running about.

I also saw the renovated bach, which is just amazing, but I can't blip it in case mrs tsuken sees it (she'll have to wait till she joins us in a few days) ;-)

Fish and chips, ice-cream, whisky, relaxation. Happy tsuken.

Unprocessed version here. I simply sharpened it, then added an overlay layer(100% opacity), and edited the layer mask with color match and eraser, to apply it to sea and sky, but not the foliage (which was rendered too dark by the overlay).
