Happy Anniversary

Today is Daddy and my 4th wedding anniversary. We are going out tonight for a meal and leaving Daisy with her Gran and Granddad.

During the day, Daisy and I met her friends and went for a walk along Monifieth water front. after the walk, we went for a coffee. Holly and Harris slept but Daisy was wide awake and was sitting on my knee making sure she was heard. Everyone was smiling and talking to Daisy which made her louder and she loved the attention.

Daisy had not slept for any length of time today and I spent the afternoon fighting with her to sleep. I tried all my usual tricks but nothing was working and Daisy was getting more and more cranky. I put her in her car seat and sat her beside me on the sofa so that I could get a cup of tea and a much needed break. Suddenly she went quiet and when I looked down, Daisy was fast asleep. Mummy won eventually! :)
