the purple hour

The rain stopped at last, and the wind died down and the grey day became a still pink mild evening, and all the signs are good for tomorrow.

I've always loved the shapes leafless trees make against the sky, how they can seem to intensify the light.

Having said that I'm not especially happy with today's blip but I was a bit pushed for time and I thought it better than no blip at all.
