Accidental bridge

The walkway beside the Water of Leith was like a war zone this morning. Although it runs in a deep, narrow and sheltered glen, many trees have been blown down and blocked the path. This one forms a substantial new bridge across the river. Walls that have stood for decades have been knocked down and the path has holes punched in by the weight of massive boughs.
