If you go into the woods today...

After another night and morning of punishing winds, the sun finally came out and we went for a long walk on Moncrieffe hill. Was sad to see that a good number of trees had unfortunately succumbed to the recent winds, with whole rows of them having toppled over like dominoes. The new woodland walk includes a sculpture trail, which the girls adore. There is a giant slug, a dragonfly you can play, a fox perched on a tree top and some spiders relaxing on some logs. I think this one has lost a few of his legs, but he seems happy enough.
