Not as planned

2012 may only be into its 5th day, but it's proving to be sodding awful so far.....

After a sleepless night because of the high winds, I got up this morning to check the house and found my lovely little hatchback wearing a tree.

Insurance company sent a very nice man out with a tow truck and eventually, with my friend Yvette helping too, we managed to free the car from the tree.

I'm now waiting to see what the damage is.

This photo doesn't do it justice as it only shows a small part of the tree but it was hard to take a good photo as the light was awful and it was raining on and off.

Arse.

I'd be very grateful if this wind and rain could now sod off.

Edit. Having spoken to the garage, it looks like the Delorean's a write-off :-(
