Dilemma

Does anyone out there in Blipland use Adobe Lightroom? I need a little help in figuring out how to post my blips from within Lightroom. I blipped this regal cardinal this afternoon and edited his portrait in Lightroom. Every time I tried to post my blip from Lightroom, I could only find my original file, not the edited one, which looked much better. Help! After almost two hours, I gave up and downloaded the cardinal into iPhoto because I know how to post it from there. Total frustration! Why do I always think I can figure out the solution to these problems all by myself, without asking for help? Obviously I can't!
