Gas
I intended to pick something impressive today. And if you had tasted these, you'd agree I have. I baked some chicken in my special marinade, which shall remain a secret until my children get older, and cooked collards! My chicken was juicy and fell off the bone. In fact I couldn't even pick it up with the fork, I had to spoon it onto my plate. The collards were my cousin, Julie's, recipe and they were delicious! First time I have ever cooked them without anyone else in the kitchen helping, and I must say-magnifique!!! It was so good I had to blog it for no other reason but the memory!
