The penne pasta is mightier than the lard
A return to sensible eating today after the calorie blizzard that was the festive season, so I cooked myself a nice durum wheat delight for tea.
No more deep fried Mars bars or late night Vienetta, cheeky lunchtime pork pies, sausage rolls, pretzls or gallons of beer. In order to be fit for Fontainebleau in 12 weeks I must return to the rock climbers diet of pasta, milk and pull ups...
Its going to be a long road. :-/
