I love lamp!

So the pic of the day is this article from the metro that made me laugh so I thought id share it with you.

Basically some news reporter or anchorman if you pardon the pun has been tricked just like in the film Anchorman to read whatever is put on the TelePrompter in front of him. But the genius in this is not only is the prank itself a nod to the brilliant film anchorman but the phrase itself is one of the most quoted from the film! Absolutely brilliant, but it did get me thinking what would happen if the news took a lot of its ideas from film how far would news reporters push it for the next joke?

Would they date rape all the presenters and let them loose in Las Vegas just for laughs? How bout go on a journey of america to find the illustrious Pamela Anderson? No? Where does the line stand?

All this being said and although i think this is a hilarious prank by the media I would love them to take it a little bit further and investigate which hollywood stereotypes are actually true? But one can only wish!

On other notes I saw on YouTube a hilarious parody to the new dark knight rises trailer using the lion king search it as lion king rises another great video demonstrating how just loud daring music can make the lion king look like the next big action movie of the year!
