First day back blues!

Had a pretty shitty day!!! First day back 121 emails to deal with plus flights been cancelled because of bad weather!

Customer number 1: I'm just in Heathrow airport can you tell me if my flights on time? Me: can you see the screens all around the airport? The information will be on there!!

Customer number 2: I must travel today Me: unfortunately the flights have been canceled for your own safety. Customer 2: but I need to get there today! Me: we'll you can't would you like me to build a private jet and fly it myself because that's about as safe flying in these conditions!

Arrrrgh! Early night me thinks!
