Pedometer

Tried out a new pedometer app on my mobile for the first time today. The pre-set/'factory setting' target is 10,000 steps a day and I took this photo after arriving at my desk at work this morning. I took the stairs rather than the lift all day and managed to get away from my desk and out of the building for lunch and a short walk. Total tonight is 6,796 steps (67% towards today's target and not much more than 300 calories burned it seems!). I ain't going out walking in those howling gales tonight to get 100%, but should easily hit 70,000 over the week once I stretch the legs at the weekend...
