A perfect sauce for fish

After an extraordinary day with 100 mph winds in Edinburgh, it was lovely to come home to supper cooked for me.

This is halibut with the most delicious sauce - mango and rosemary. Trust me, if you tasted it you would just eat and eat and eat it, it is so good. The recipe is available on my blog.
