Clean house clean head

I cant remember who said this ( it could have been my mum) but i'm giving it a try today anyway.

Just cant shake this head cold/sinus thing/man flu/exhaustion.

Lying down to it isn't helping so lets see how this theory works.

This is the stuff from the cupboard I have been wanting to tidy out for ages.

Then a trip to the recycling plant.
