Home comforts

Another very lovely day, mainly at home. More tidying and sorting which largely involved taking down Christmas decorations and laundry. And sorting school stuff for tomorrow. Received a couple of work emails that sent me into a temporary end of holiday slump. Gave myself a good talking to about how lovely stuff still happens as part of our 'normal' lives. And then spent a lovely afternoon with the kids at the cinema watching the very beautiful Hugo.

Now about to remind the kids what a bedtime is. Well after the dance battle me and Carl have been persuaded to have on the Wii. Then a cosy night in front of the fire. I'm so happy we finally got around to getting a fire. I will try to blip something else in January.
