New start!

Being a full time carer for someone with dementia can be very rewarding but it can also leave you isolated ,feeling alone ,miserable ,de skilled and very unsure of your own worth. Carers Link are an organisation dedicated to helping the Carers I will blip more about them another time. I was helped so much by their courses and friendship after a chance encounter. I am now starting to volunteer with them in order to pass that help onto others. I am very excited by this and look forward to the 12th jan when I start. The yellow at the top of the picture is the glass of egg nog the book is leaning on. Finishing off Christmas supplies. Love the stuff but only at Christmas!!
