Day2: Watch Out!

The theme for the day was 'what you wore today' but I didn't think a photo of a duvet would be very interesting, so the other thing was this. Much more than a watch, an 18th birthday present, that I've worn almost every day for the last 20 or so years.

Looks simple, but a bit of a nasty to shoot - decided to challenge myself - no lighting controls, basic as they come jessops 20 yr old flash with a slave cell and sat on a lightbox, diffusion via kitchen towel on a stick.

Why? because it teaches you a hell of a lot about balancing light sources when you can't just turn them down!
