Out and about

1. Up early (ish) and out for a big long run, my first in a week or two. I run for an hour, through a park or two, through wind and rain and hail. God it feels good.

2. As I thought that this was my 365th blip, we spend some time finding number 365 Paisley Road West to be the photo. I'll not bother with that now, but with the photo bagged we nip to the west end for a wander.

3. We stop into Brel for a Bloody Mary and Bloody Morretti and stay for a while.

4. Inspired by Mid August Lunch yesterday, we have baked pasta for dinner.

5. Simon and Garfunkel are our soundtrack and we play the chain til the wee small hours.
