Just remembered to blip the sourdough bread this morning before we finished it off. I set off the starter on Boxing Day, made the sponge on New Year's Eve and finally baked the loaf on New Year's Day. The bread was delicious, but didn't last long!

The family packed up and set off home this morning, postponed from yesterday by the howling storm- safe journey folks.
