Lorenzo's bread...

..well actually it's my bread but the recipe is from the great man.

This is only a first attempt, and I thought it would be a good idea to cut the dough in half and put it into bread tins.

Epic fail!!!

Also it doesn't seem as "holey" as I would want, it didn't seem to like the final proving in the tins.

Having said all that, I am very pleased with it, and it tastes much nicer that the stuff we make in our bread machine... :)
