Lunch

I was busy all day with my auntie and this is the best of the quick pictures I took while on the run. This is the crab cake skillet meal at a long time Portland area chain called Elmer's Pancake House, or more recently just called Elmer's. It's been around the area for decades. I'm not an egg person normally, but this was pretty tasty. If there is enough flavor to the eggs, I'll eat them. This had tons of flavor.

The photo I wanted to take was going southbound on the I205 bridge. Mt. Hood looked spectacular, the high clouds were very photogenic, and the river added to the mix. But, I could only drive and steal glances and think....oh, shoot...can't get that shot today.
